I have been trained to help with a variety of different life challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship conflicts. In addition, I have been trained in trauma-informed yoga, meditation, and mindfulness as well as in strengths-focused interventions.
As a counselor, I utilize therapy models that best fit the needs of each individual client and am considered eclectic as I incorporate information from a variety of evidence-based therapy models. My goal is to provide each client with coping skills that will help them to navigate life challenges and to overcome these challenges in healthy ways.
